Amazing Racing

There is a new national champion in our midst!

I was thrilled when I read today that one of the juniors on Jim's team, GP VeloTek, WON the national championship title in the Junior 10-12 national time trial today. John Funk is relatively new to cycling, and only 11 years old. But he is very fast and one of the kids I enjoy seeing race. We should keep our eye on John to do great things in the future. It is also really neat to see that the elite women who placed in the top three were women who I watched racing up in Minneapolis a few weeks ago.
